There is a 24-hour gym and a seasonal outdoor hot tub. Staff was friendly and professional. check in and out super easy. Room and bathroom are roomy and clean. The parking was easy. The hotel has a nice cozy feel to it with a car theme. The bartender makes a great mojito and I’ve been to Cuba where I’ve had plenty. Since we were there in the off season we had to eat in the hotel and the dinner was amazing and the breakfast buffet had lots of options to choose from. Definitely would stay here again.

The setting was wonderful- our son in particular loved all the animals. Ivana is very friendly and welcoming. She always goes the extra mile, and brought us a freshly made tortilla the night we arrived, without being asked. There was a wooden wendy house and some toys in the garden, so it's family friendly.
