It is rare to have a high-class hotel found in such a stunning location without having to share with other tourists. The staff are superb, and the Guides had encyclopedic knowledge of the local area and the extensive wildlife. Nothing was too much. The lodge really felt like a 'home from home'. So many activites to do - hiking, canoeing, E-biking to name a few.

Breakfast was well presented and stocked. Requested room change from next to elevator (poor sleeper). Staff accommodated with lovely suite at end of hallway. Front desk staff helpful in printing boarding passes. Highly recommend this property for your next stay!

Le Cargo restaurant at the Riotel in Matane offers urban and nautical décor in a relaxed atmosphere. Room service is available. Very nice facilities. Restaurant and bar area are very nice. The lounge area is a nice place to enjoy a beverage. The staff in every area are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, roomy, water view, very comfortable bed. Open the window to enjoy the sound of the water lapping on shore. A balcony room would have been even better. Outdoor seating area on the beach was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee. Ask about an evening fire. Breakfast was very nice and the service friendly. Definitely recommend
