The most luxurious accommodation in Tea Gardens for total rest & relaxation. Drew & Kerrie are very friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable hosts.

This is a great spot for a holiday far away from the crazy crowds in the center or Nelson Bay.

There is access directly to a beautiful intimate park and you can observe parrots and other birds while preparing breakfast. Very nice and comfy, well furnished, feels like home.

The property is a single villa (only one on the property) so you have plenty of privacy. It is beautifully setup with a lovely authentic Bali style. I couldn't believe how much room there was (even with 5 of us) and the facilities are magnificent - fantastic outdoor relaxation areas, spa bath, outdoor BBQ/cooking and eating area. Inside was great too with lots of areas to relax, a second kitchen, two TVs (one with Netflix), wireless speakers. Grant has provided everything you could need including board games, crockery, laundry, toiletries, and various kitchen needs. The villa was clean and comfortable and a perfect place to spend time in and relax when not at the nearby attractions. Easy walk to beach, Shoal Bay, and eating/coffee. Short drive to Nelson Bay. As the builder of the villa, Grant was the perfect host - and meeting us and showing us the facilities on arrival and leaving some treats for us in the fridge. Thank you Grant. We will be back.

Guests have a private balcony. The apartment was clean and modern. I was worried it might be outdated, but the property is well maintained. The two rooms are internally separate which is suitable for families with young teenagers. The main apartment has a sofa bed which accommodates for the 5-6th person (or young kids) . It also has a spa bath, and main kitchen/ laundry. The 2nd room has their own bathroom and kitchenette. There is a good range of books and DVDs for the guests. The property is privately maintained separately from the resort apartments but all the resort facilities including the main pool, tennis courts, heated lap pool, gym facilities and sauna are available to use. The resort is close to the nearby shopping centre and activities in the area.

These non-serviced rooms offer spacious layouts, air-conditioning and seating and dining areas. Great place, everything you needed pool,spa,bikes,paddel boards,kayaks, a club for dinner all at your fingertips. Staff were amazing and friendly. I had a little medical episode while staying there. I was taken to hospital buy ambulance, and they looked after my partner very well and came and saw me the next day to see if I was alright. Highly recommend this hotel and will be back
