It was ten times more beautiful and quirky than we could ever imagine. It had a very artistic touch on everything and every corner, showing the very long history of the place as a foundry. Gorgeous brick walls exposed inside with outstanding skylight, windows, bar, pool, kitchen, woodburner fireplace and ... I was thinking of living there forever. Greg, the host, came to say hi, what a lovely man he is. He generously filled up the fridge for us, more than we could ever eat.

The accommodation was well laid out and the decor and furnishings very individual which made it very interesting. Everything you could require was provided in terms of kitchen equipment and the do it yourself breakfasts are a thoughtful touch. one of the highlights was being met by the owner who took great pride in the property and gave us a detailed tour as well as providing useful local information. All in all a very comfortable stay with everything we needed.
