Everything! My girls enjoyed sItting outside at night around a fire making s'mores. Those memories will last forever. Staff are so friendly and positive. Lots to do for children in thd games room. Thry loved the starbucks hot chocolates. The pool is huge and the hot tub is lovely and hot. Hope to return one day.

The room and bathroom are very clean, no unpleasant smells. We chose a room on the first floor and we had a great view and access to the forest. In general, a very good hotel and service, and most importantly, the location is close to the Grand Canyon National Park. The hotel has a swimming pool, a spa area and restaurants with attractive prices and delicious food.

Excellent facilities! Location is just outside Grand Canyon park in Tuscayan. We had a great room, comfy beds, and enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi. The free hot chocolate and coffee in the lobby were a nice perk!

This place far exceeded our expectations. The room was big and very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great. There is a spa inside the hotel which was lovely. Great location to the grand canyon which was about a five-ten minute drive into the park. I wish we could have stayed here longer.

The place is lovely with a bit of a cabin feel in the lobby. The rooms are nice with a kitchenette provided. They provided decent amenities in the bathroom like bath salts. Had a jacuzzi/pool which was nice after a hike in the grand canyon. They also have a gym if hiking the grand canyon wasn't enough exercise for you

24 hour reception. Lovely outdoor pool. Lots of space to sit, dine and relax. Menu common to both restaurants so the choice is about ambiance.

very nice environment, clean and spacious room, very sensitive A/C, proximity to the grand canyon, nice restaurant (desert lounge and grill) for dinner (probably the best in Tasayan), very good waiter (Cody) at the desert lounge who also knows the grand canyon very well and suggested visiting tips and special events to us!! Amazing! The pools are awesome and they have movie events at the pool as well! Wonderful

The location is perfect for the Grand Canyon, the rooms are spacious and clean. The pool, fitness area, hot tub and games area is super fun too! They even have a bowling alley, arcade and a fire pit with smores kits, really recommend it!

Extremely spacious room which was clean with a comfortable bed. Free parking at the front of the hotel. The indoor hot tub was amazing. Very close to the Grand Canyon.
