    This hotel far exceeded our expectations and was great value for money. It felt really luxurious. The room was spacious and comfortable and super clean. The view of the river is gorgeous and the overall vibe is very nice and relaxed. Good variety at breakfast and tasty. The staff were also really welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend.

    - great building - close to shops and bar along small strip - very comfy bed - nice and clean - separate bathroom which was great - plenty of space - lots of plugs and different lights - had a great nights sleep - staff very helpful - helped us cancel one night as we booked 2 then changed our minds - cafe looks very nice - you can book the slow-boat through them if needed and not found another deal elsewhere

    Not only was the room spacious, the shower was wonderful & the views peaceful & serene! The owner & her sister in law provided a wonderful home cooked meal for dinner with a couple of special requests that were not on the menu. Their personal garden was a wonder & the entire ambiance was so relaxing that we really didn’t want to leave!

    Lovely family business with superb friendly service. The room is spacious, bright and welcoming with a beautiful view. Nice breakfast on the really special terrace where you can relax during the day on daybeds too. Short walk to local restaurants and a shopping centre with a food court.

    Felt like a bit of luxury before taking the slow boat to Laos. Great facilities, comfy bed. Friendly helpful staff. We didn’t use the pool or hot tub but these looked nice. Enjoyed the bath tub on the balcony and the view of the Mekong. Lovely varied and plentiful breakfast.

    Room is OK and clean, but the pictures of the big double room in the advertisement could be misleading. These are photos taken in the suite, while the regular double rooms only have just enough space for a bed. If you take one with a private bathroom, you have a little more space for your luggage ánd you have a very small window. If you take a room without private bathroom don´t expect any of those. The bathroom and toilets were clean. There is a spacious terrace in the shared space.

    Very beautiful and authentic hotel! We had a big spacious and clean room with a balcony and a lovely view on the mountains and green garden. The bathroom and shower was very nice as well. It’s the perfect place to rest and enjoy the peacefulness! The owner is super friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the hotel and it was prepared by the owner’s sister-in-law. The food was delicious and the best Massaman curry we had in Thailand! We were here only for 1 night but we would have loved to stay longer.

    Resort is set away from busy traffic in a peaceful garden estate. Rooms are amazingly clean, spacious and have terrific views across the Mekong River to Laos. Relaxing area to sit and have a drink while getting to know the charming owner - Mai (Sakuna).
