The staff and the breakfast and the dinner were quite good. The rabbit was cute. There is not much else to like about the stay other than I managed to sleep for both nights due to being exhausted. Thats it.

I appreciate the complimentary bike and umbrella provided by the hotel. Riding the bicycle they offer to explore the road to the city was a delightful experience for me.

My particular room #13 even though it is extremely spacious is right next to the shinkansen. It doesn't bother me one bit as I'm a fairly easy person to please and not too picky. But others might find that particular room noisy if they're light sleepers.

Very friendly owner, offers pancakes from his bar downstairs. Nice traditional vibe. Good location.
Stepping into a hot tub and relaxing in its warm water is bliss. If you opt for a hotel with a jacuzzi, you can do this any time you like – morning, afternoon, or evening. Some hotels offer guests private hot tubs, while others have a shared jacuzzi that’s usually part of a wellness spa.
Location close to the airport with sufficient parking in front. Convenient when you plan the return of your rental car next morning. Spacious rooms. Entrance to hot spring included. Friendly staff. Great value for car travellers.
Common dining area where bringing your own food or even working on a laptop is allowed. Breakfast buffet with delicious food and drinks! Very spacious room! Walking distance to the Shinkansen.
Has free towels, clean bunker bed. Comfy. Great and friendly host. Has a bar at night if you want to have a sake drink. Has a parking space (but I don't know if fee is required). Generally quite near to Saijo train station by walking.
The room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything one needs.
Breakfast had with a good choice.
Staff super helpful although spoke very little english.
Nice hot public bath at the ground floor.
breakfast was banging. very nice noodles, very nice fish and the fried oysters were also really nice. very good value breakfast for how nice it was. Spa was also very clean and very relaxing. wonderful stay. staff were all very friendly also.
This is a Airport-hotel, which means that the location is ideal for people needing a place to stay for an early flight. Yet there was good beds, good bathroom, a great spa/onsen and easy access to staff.
Aside from the bathroom it was a very pleasant hotel. The breakfast was excellent. Great range of food and very tasty. The bed was also reasonably comfortable, and there was a decent amount of space in the room.
