Easy to locate. Received replies immediately available when making specific enquiries. Very quiet. Spotless. Large bedroom and good shower. Short walk from the airport. Place has to be seen to be believed! Gorgeous throughout, with alllll the mod cons (disco showers anyone?!). The pictures do not do it justice, and the host was excellent! Even left ups a lovely bottle of red wine.

The view was absolutely stunning, I had the room pictured above. The room was big, bright, airy, spacious - air conditioning. The room opened up onto the balcony, and the fridge had drinks etc, coffee machine, the bathroom was stocked with wash items and dressing gowns..
The food was amazing, and the pool/lounge area was perfect!
Everything about this property was perfect. The living areas are spacious and full of books and games to keep the kids happy. The bathroom was a good size with everything catered for. The kitchen was a perfect place to have breakfast or you can just relax with a coffee on the attached balcony.
The location was brilliant. The suite was a fantastic size. The furnishings were of a high standard. The jacuzzi bath was really good. Shower alternative was good too. Having a lift was a real bonus.

This hotel is 2 mins from the Leaning Tower. The room was big and the bathroom was clean. Had lots of storage space if needed. Not all rooms had bathrooms. Staff were extremely friendly. Has a small lounge with drinks/snacks machine. Great place to stay if only visiting for a day or two.

Comfortable bed, air conditioning, good Jacuzzi bath and lovely big private terrace off our room. Given free bottle of Prosecco and had tasty food as room service. Arranged airport transfer through hotel. Nice breakfast in the morning.
Excellent location overlooking the River Arno. Perfectly placed, within easy walking distance of the Leaning Tower and the train station. The advice from the hosts about where to have breakfast/lunch with a view was most welcome. The jacuzzi bath was the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing and enjoying the local food. Would recommend.
