The room was extremely clean, with all bed lined soft and white, shower and bathroom again exceptionally clean with hand and shower soap, beds were of good quality for a very relaxed nights sleep. Unfortunately no breakfast, we tried to find a member of staff at 9am but the establishment was empty so we left

Everything was a big plus. The room was large, clean and spacious. Access to bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine and terrace. Quiet neighborhood close to the metro and bus stations. Shops and restaurants close.

Check in was straightforward, the space is lovely, warm and comfortable. The host was super friendly and helpful, he brought round a plug for the bath, as I really wanted one! Really large living space and TV services, also super quiet so easy to relax. Lots of shops really close by, very convenient for the train station.

This felt like a very relaxed stay. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the bathroom well-appointed. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hotel had a spacious, unhurried feeling. The breakfast buffet was large and more varied than almost anywhere else I've stayed at this price in the UK (and extraordinarily good value!)

The friendly welcome, ease to check in lovely spacious bright lounge to relax in. The room of a high standard comfortable, clean, well equipped. Nice size bathroom clean well maintained. Tea and coffee in room with a good selection. Room temperature just right for comfort.

A very modern, clean and welcoming interior with room for relaxing downstairs. Room was large enough for 3 of us with nice extras like a Nespresso machine, sparkling water and twin bars. The bathroom was sparkling clean and had everything we needed.

Nice big bed - too big though (extra king?)- would have preferred if configured room for a relaxing chair as well as double bed and/or made bathroom bigger. Nice swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi which I used. Fabulous breakfast - the works - included in my room price but I believe just £12 if not booked in with room deal. Room service available too with phone in room. Iron and ironing board as well as fan and hairdryer in room. Nice coffee (Lavazza) and snack bar/restaurant but several steps down to it.
