Check in was straightforward, the space is lovely, warm and comfortable. The host was super friendly and helpful, he brought round a plug for the bath, as I really wanted one! Really large living space and TV services, also super quiet so easy to relax. Lots of shops really close by, very convenient for the train station.

The inside of the hotel is designed excellently and has a bar, place to eat deliveroo food, and space to relax. The rooms are also well designed and the lock of the place is lovely! Bed was huge and super comfy. Most importantly the staff were absolutely lovely; excellent customer service and you felt a pride in what they were doing - it’s their welcome that made the stay! 5 mins walk to a road with lots of great places to eat. We had space to park at the hotel which was great too.

Spacious, staff were nice and welcoming, felt safe as solo customer, bathrooms were a little dated but still had facilities needed. secure building to access into rooms so felt very safe to go about my stay without any worries. I would say would be great to have plant milks available in the tea/coffee provided by room (for personal preference/allergies) otherwise great stay, local to town centre easy to walk to and to watford station.

plenty of space to park your car, and train station is only a 10 min walk down the road. house is very secure. bathroom is lovely and clean and the rooms are just beautiful. came with water, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster! rooms are really airy quiet and comfortable. host was super friendly and helpful. will 100% be staying again if i need to stay in the area
