Breakfast was very good, beautifully presented and plenty of choice. Brilliant customer service, taxis, sightseeing trips all arranged and advice given of the best places to visit. Everyone was very welcoming and happy to make our stay as pleasant possible.

After some trouble continued for 3 more km and got it.
the host was friendly. the breakfast was fine.

Eduardo is an amazing host. He is always ready to give information about the area and help out if needed. The vegetarian pizza was amazing. The jacuzzi and spa are welcome after a days hike.
This hotel is one of the best in Pereira. We had a room on the top floor with a beautiful view over the city. Just across from the hotel is a beautiful cathedral. The breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant and the food was good. The staff are friendly and some of them speaks good English. The room and the bathroom were spacious and very clean.
Visited and stayed overnight for spa services. Clean and luxurious. It was a very relaxing stay with attentive services. Spa services were everything we expected!

Exceeded my exceptations a lot. Very secluded, tranquil place with beautiful views and excellent staff. Jon and Herman were amazing. Would definitely recommend it if you want to relax with beautiful views, a nice swimming pool and a jacuzzi.

This is a hostel done right! The dorm room was comfortable with plenty of space, plus a towel was provided. The chill out spaces were great, such a relaxed vibe here. They also served a delicious breakfast in the morning.
Staff were incredibly helpful and kind, even with the language barrier. They even phoned a taxi to the airport for me and stored my bags too. Thanks for an great stay!
Outstanding in every respect. Eduardo was always there to help, advise and make us comfortable. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the hotel grounds are exquisite. The free jacuzzi and sauna were something we had not come across anywhere before.
Eduardo was a great host! He was really attentive and had helpful tips about what to see around Pereira and how to use the local bus. He speaks really good English. To get into Pereira you need a taxi/Uber but it that was super easy so we really enjoyed the hotel a little further out of the city! The jacuzzi was really relaxing. We highly recommend to stay with Eduardo!
