Excellent clean facilities - rooms, kitchen and bathroom. A nice manager who will always make sure everything is alright. Great location for visiting both eastbound destinations (mainly Durango) as well as westbound destinations (mainly Mesa Verde), all while sleeping in a quiet hotel with some great nearby dining options.

Large, extremely clean room. Had the cascade room which is the lower floor facing the Main Street. Surprisingly quiet. You can hear the upstairs people but not bad. Check in was via an envelope in the lobby. In the room was a nice homemade bread. Hot water took a bit to get warm. Bed was comfy.
Silverton

Ouray
Offering cozy rooms and a complimentary breakfast and happy hour, this inn is located in the middle of Ouray. Ouray Hot Springs Pool is a 10 minute walk from the inn and the Ouray Ice Park is 1.6 km away. I stayed a week in February and the wifi speed was great for working remotely. The location was super convenient to get to the restaurants, bars, grocery store, liquor store, and main ice climbing companies in town. The staff was really helpful with any small things that I needed.

All guest rooms in the inn are fitted with a flat-screen TV. All rooms include a private bathroom, while certain rooms also offer a kitchen with an oven. At Outpost Motel on the River rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels. It was a cute little place next to a beautiful river setting.

it was super close to the slopes and gondola and everything in town. the staff were extremely friendly and gave a lot of breakfast options, pastries, yoghurt, egg, fruit, meat, coffee
the room was extremely clean, warm and big. cable TV with every channel.
I was worried about parking after reading reviews but it was honestly fine. there’s loads of space on the street (which you get permit for) and people pop out the car park all the time so you can just park and stay there.
room was very well heated, good to dry out ski gear, but you can open window and use fan if it’s too much.
the laundry room was honestly a life saver too.
this place really had everything. is a great B&b or motel! hot tub if you’re in a group!
there were some harsh reviews but I found this place exactly what I’d expect a ski resort hotel to be like. simple, clean and warm!

Nice Inn with breakfast for free. All the rooms have an individual design which is really cool.
John is exceptionally available and concerned that everything is just right. I needed inexpensive lodging on a weekend every other hotel was tripling their price. Budget Inn was the best value.
The room was very clean, odor-free, and comfortable. The breakfast was reasonable given the price paid. There is a reasonable Mexican restaurant right next door that makes getting a high-calorie dinner easy after a day of vigorous outdoor activities. Three miles from Phil’s World.
This is the best b and b we have stayed at in 5 years. This reminds me of the b and b experience from the 1980s when we used the book country inns and back roads. Welcoming and informative and involved hosts. great breakfast. Good walk around property and great view of mesa verde to the southwest
The location was perfect and the staff at the lodge were excellent. Ms. Cheryl was awesome and showed us around the place and gave us the brief run down of the best things to do in Ouray. The rooms in the lodge all had working thermostats, as we were worried about that in the beginning. The kitchen was well stocked and all the equipments were working well. We were all very happy with our stay.
The staff was very friendly during check in and gave us a great dinner recommendation (Fired Up in town). The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The free Hulu was also nice.
I didn’t had to leave the area. Had dinner there it was delicious. CJ who took care of us did a great job, definitely coming back
We love our stay at Comfort Inn and suites! The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. We called and asked for adjoining rooms and they were able to accommodate. It was a great value for spring break. It's about 30 minutes from Purgatory if you'd like to ski. They have a small pool, sauna and a gym- we used all and were happy. There was also many tables to spread out and play games in the evening.
