There was a woman there, unfortunately, I don't remember her name she's originally from Brazil she has a short bob hairstyle. She was fabulous! She made our stay with her warmth and kindness. We really enjoyed talking to her, she was a gem.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were well cleaned and maintained.

One of the highlights of my stay was the kitchen, which had everything I needed to prepare meals. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the high-quality linens and towels provided. Location was handy to everything but without transport luckily we were able to walk to downtown as it was a bit further than thought. However 5 minutes to airport. Our room was beautiful and security made us feel comfortable. When we arrived we were grateful for help with bags to our room on 3 rd floor. All staff very helpful.
