Rooms were very comfortable but would have liked a King size bed. Breakfast was very good. Staff were exceptionally friendly and catered to our needs. 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and had a pull out bed that came in quite handy….didn’t know that it was there before. Had an excellent view of the Rapids and could hear the Falls…excellent location.

Seneca Niagara Casino and the starting point of the region's Niagara Wine Trail are just minutes away. Walden Galleria is 13 minutes' drive and Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls are 25 minutes' drive. I liked everything about it, clean, up to date, the hot spa tub was great and the customer service was excellent. The lady in the kitchen where breakfast is serve is very friendly and welcoming she's always cleaning. I loved it there

Room was beautiful and VERY comfortable. Views were very nice. To anyone who hasn't been to the Falls, I think the NY side has the better views and parks of the falls but as far as dinner, attractions and shopping you'll want to go over the Canada which is great because you can see the border crossing from your room at The Giacomo
The hotel was in a perfect location. They also offered a happy hour in the lobby, which was a nice surprise. Lots of food options in the area for dinner. The room was great for three people two bedroom two bathroom. Staff friendly at check in and check out and especially at happy hour.
We had our two dogs with us and we were able to eat dinner with them on the patio. The location was excellent, we could walk to the Falls both in the afternoon and again after we ate. The location was well worth the cost.
Our room was lovely, the staff was kind and courteous, and the place had so much ch charm. Our dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

We really like the restaurant, the wings were really good. The bartender was great, but it was unfortunate that he was the only person serving a very busy restaurant and it took a very long time for us to eat dinner.
Location! We wanted a specific room due to the view and Chris the desk associate was able to make that happen!! He was great!!! We love the Comfort Inn at the Point. We go to the Falls at least 6 times a year. We love it there.. We will be back at the Comfort Inn!!!

Check in was quick and convenient, the staff member who checked us in (I think her name was Kiki) was friendly and answered all of our questions. The tv in our room wasn’t working and on our way out for dinner we mentioned it to the staff at the front desk. We returned to a note saying he couldn’t fix it, but they gave us a 30$ breakfast credit which was an unexpected surprise. I will absolutely be staying here the next time I attend an event at KeyBank center.
