Room was spacious, clean and the bed was soooo comfy. Bathroom had both her shower and a tub with jacuzzi function and they provided bath salts! Would be extra nice to have conditioner provided on top of the already really nice body wash & shampoo. Really appreciated the extra touch with the snacks and drinks provided. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staffs were very friendly. The two-double-bed room was spacious, especially the bathroom with huge bathtub. The room was very clean. The complimentary coffee/tea/drink and bread in the lobby was a surprise bonus.

Jin Spa Resort Hotel was a very pleasant place to spend a night and enjoy the comfortable hot springs as well as a medium walking distance to the Jinshan old street. Staff was very helpful, breakfast coupon at McDonald's worked without problem, room was spotlessly clean, WiFi and televisions worked! Location is directly across from bus stops, so convenient from Taipei even without a car.

My gf and I have stayed at The Bear on multiple occasions to visit her family and each time we are blown away at how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff is to us. They go out of their way to make your stay great and have always helped us keep luggage there safely as we travelled to other parts of Taiwan. Invaluable to us so that we can go to other areas without having to take massive amounts of luggage with total peace of mind that all is 100% safely looked after. Great complimentary breakfast and wonderful location in Sanxia with easy access to all the key places we need to go to by foot. Thank you all again till next year...Best Jane and Eric

Additionally, for those who drive, there is ample parking space in front of the hotel. During our stay, we enjoyed a relaxing evening in the hotel room, and Ms. Lan kindly offered us some delicious fruit. We appreciated her thoughtfulness and hospitality.
