The residence also provides chargeable shuttle and laundry services. Location Location! If you are in town, this is the place I recommend. The parking areas are all indoor on the ground level. The room is a bit of 80’s but very clean. The bed is a good queen sized, it’s quite firm. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator so if you have a big luggage then you need to carry it up stairs yourself. Staffs are very friendly and flexible, I left my suitcase with them all day before catching an overnight train to Bangkok. Central department store is located around 3-4 mins walking distance. Also it’s not too far from the main bus terminal and railway station.

Very charming and rustic feel with beautiful view over the lake
Nice hotel with very comfortable rooms and a good restaurant for evening dinner.
Nice, clean and spacious rooms. A good choice in asian/western style breakfasts. The restaurant wasn't expensive and served good lunch and dinner. The free shuttle to and from the airport and central bus station. The pool was a nice touch allthough I didn't use it very much. Wifi was OK. The friendly, helpful staff.

Spacious room, great bed and bed linen. Hotel staff exceptional. The WiFi in my room didn't work. Within 15 mins someone came to investigate. It did take a few hours to resolve, but staff were most apologetic. I was the only person in the restaurant for dinner. Staff were attentive, the food very good.

Very comfortable place. Modern and clean. Our kids loved the aquapark. The dinner in hotel restaurant was great. Convenient place to spend an afternoon and night before taking flight.
Absolutely fantastic stay and start of our trip. Picked up at airport by hotel shuttle bus. Room of similar standard to Australian 4 star so well appointed and all the usual amenities plus bath robes and slippers. Restaurant open until 10.30pm so able to get dinner despite late arrival due aircraft delay. Good food and reasonable prices. Very good buffet breakfast available if required. Nice pool. Very convenient location near the bus station for our onward trip to Laos. Best value for money hotel I can remember.
this is a perfect hideaway high class hotel, the hotel is new and has beautiful architecture includes open air bathroom in the room . the hotel manager is Olivier, he was the key to our enjoyment, getting up at 4 am just to bake for us artisanal croissant, ordering us dinner in fluent Thai and even had the time guiding us at the city introducing us to the local restaurants. this is why we changed our plans and stayed for another night.
