What they are providing is comparable with other 4-5 star hotel. The concept of prison is intriguing but how they pull the entire theme is genius. Parking is easy, with a small fee, restaurants and stores are literary just a few steps away. For the price we paid, it is definitely worth every penny of it. Thumbs up to the hospitality.

For convenience, this property is no more than a 10 minute drive from the airport. We were staying briefly overnight in transit. The staff were very friendly, and attentive during check in. As we weren't staying very long, we didn't even tour the hotel or take advantage of any of the facilities, other than room service for a small snack before heading into KL for a work dinner. The room service meal was delicious, very fresh and tasty.

Innovative & clean
While other hotels go for self check in, this hotel still serves the reception desk to communicate with customers. I think this is the winning point and I enjoy the assistance from receptionist. Especially when I forgot to bring my shoes, the receptionist during night duty helped me to find nearest store. This is also my second time stay in this hotel and will choose this hotel over other place when staying around Shah Alam.
Kids swimming pool is fun, enjoyable. Adult pool also not too deep. Parking is free at the moment. Just a stone throw away to the mall to find a place to eat (lunch, dinner).
Great if you need to catch an early flight! Pool is open until 10pm, so it is accessible even if you arrive after dinner.
