The water pressure and the rain shower is great. 2 pillows given, the staff is really polite. Hair dryer given when requested. The area is quiet,low traffic so no issues with parking.
The hhotel location , the pool area and green area of the hotel are pleasant. Quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner is good. Hotel staff are friendly. There was a mix up in our bill, certain items were not billed. The hotel graciously absorbed these costs.

The private pool overlooking the sea in the panorama room is amazing! Breakfast and dinner were great at the Roselle. Staff were all super friendly, especially the buggy guys!
Overall was exceptional. Staff was superb. Widad, Benjo,Allan,Manoj and others staff that interact with us was qas so helpfully...many thank you for making our stay a blast!!! Breakfast was great with many food to choose from. The room was excellent clean and the pool was fantastic and clean. Room service was excellent with food was good. Restaurant also was greaat..Castro with affortable lunch and dinner...Rosalle was great with the breakfast and room service..UMI lunch was great..a bit pricy but value for money.

Great staff as they were able to accomodate to our requests especially for a change of room. Although it was the busiest month and most rooms were mostly fully booked, they were able to attend to our requests professionally and effectively. Great selections of food array for breakfast and dinner buffet. The small pool provided in each room are nice for dipping and gave the relax ambience.
Staff and facilities are good. Had a very smooth check in and checkout process, despite large number of people. Food was also good, did dinner and breakfast. had large amount of variety
My stay with family at this property was fantastic. Hospitable staff. The buggy drivers, restaurant servers, the cleaning staff, those staff at the lobby and concierge... all of them are so helpful and friendly. The food served the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious with good varieties. The room had a spectacular view overlooking the sea. I would recommend this to my other family members, relatives, and friends.
