Cheap– a no-frills inn for the night. Suitable for overnight travellers who supper and massage in JB and just need a non-fancy crash pad.
The room is basic, but clean and we had everything we needed for our one night stay. The host is outstanding, offering coffee, cookies and transfer. Even though we arrived on short notice, he gave us a lift from the ferry terminal to the premises, and in the evening for having dinner downtown. All of that was highly appreciated and made our stay very comfortable.
Location is near popular dinner places (even had seafood and lok lol pop up stores at ground floor) and easily accessible to many breakfast stalls. Relatively centralized to places of interest as well compared to hotel in city square. Amenities in the homestay are well equipped as well. View from the unit is breathtaking. Could view the width of the city until the sea.

Room was clean and very spacious (Club suite)and allowed us access to the club lounge for some snacks and drinks in the afternoon. Breakfast buffet was extensive with plenty of choice. Suited our needs - very close to the train station for an early morning departure to Kuala Lumpur the next day. Also opposite a large shopping mall with plenty of options for dinner.
The service was good , room is spacious for 2 , they even provide complimentary cake for my husband birthday Love the pool as they have 2 pools Love the infinity pool by the sea At night we when for buffet dinner food was good At lot of choices for breakfast too Definitely come back
Convenient place to find food for breakfast and dinner . The view are beautiful.
Like the location. Opposite the hotel have a dinning mama shop. Selling delicious food like Satay and Muslim food. They even cooked Chinese seafood rice because we don't take spicy food. There is also a supermarket nearby. Morning there is a roti canai coffee shop for breakfast.
