During our beautiful stay, we learned that initially the building served as a stable for animals and a barn, being later transformed into a living space and guesthouse. Everything was superlative, clean, comfortable, bohemian. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back here.

The convenient location, just a short drive to South Lake Garda, made this the perfect home base for our stay.

Centro Congressi Bergamo is 32 km away and Teatro Donizetti Bergamo is 33 km from the inn. The host very welcome. He ordered pizza and drinks for us as we came late at the evening and waited for us.

All units include a safety deposit box. Irina and Angelo are the consummate hosts and you can tell that they tastefully designed their villa for comfort and convenience. Villa Giade has been open for only a couple of years and the care that was taken in designing it shows in every detail! Adding to the convenience of their location is the restaurant (with a beautiful patio) located within the same building. Sit back and enjoy a fantastic meal prepared by Chef Angelo and son, Luca. Our first nights dinner was so good that we opted to do the “Blind Dinner” the second night. Angelo did not disappoint! Irina’s eye for design carries over from the villa to the restaurant where it can be appreciated right down to the dishes and flatware! Our visit was in the off season but it was easy to see why this would be the perfect place to come back to after a day in St. Moritz!

The level of detail of the rooms and the bar is perfect. The staff were lovely. I recommend you have a drink at the bar you won’t regret. The rooms are fully renovated and perfect. There was a lot of peace. The breakfast from local cooperatives and handmade products was the icing on the cake. Totally recommend the stay.

Antica Dimora Desenzano features some units that feature a terrace, and the rooms include a kettle. At the accommodation the rooms have bed linen and towels. Probably the best bed we have ever slept in. The owner and staff were superb, catering for everything. We cannot highly recommended a stay here enough, it's the best boutique suites you could stay in.

Great food and service for dinner & breakfast
Our stay at the Essentia Guest House was satisfying. The host is very friendly and offers the best service. We had both dinner and breakfast at the house and both meals were delicious! And the view is picturesque!
We had a brief overnight stay to shorten our trip to the airport the next morning. We would have loved to stay longer and explore the area, the room was clean and bright and very comfortable. The B&B itself was delightful with it's old rustic charm, and getting to see the cheese and wine cave was an added bonus. It was fun to hear the family history of the building. Valentina spoke good English was very sweet, we took advantage of the dinner she provided and had a wonderful pasta meal with local wine.
The guest house is within walking distance from the center. There are good restaurants in the neighborhood for both breakfast and dinner. The room has very pleasant lighting and the interior of the room is atmospheric. The online check-in was very easy and the instructions to get the room key were clear.
Beautifully decorated in a rustic style in keeping with a traditional Italian home. The whole place felt like something out of a Italian novel! Our room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. The restaurant was friendly and comfortable with a lovely outdoor terrace. Our breakfast was fresh and delicious. We stayed for dinner each evening we were there and the food was prepared and presented to such a high standard we could have been in a top class restaurant. The owners were so friendly and welcoming. We hope to return some day!
The guest house was very good. The administator speaks english and very plesant person in whole. Did his best to meet us. The room was big and comfortable, the same about the bed. It was very clean around. You may use the air conditioner if you need and fridge as well. The bathroom extremely clean and very comfortable. You may have a breakfast in the special dinning area - very comfortable! Thank you for your service!
The staff was very friendly and we felt very welcome when we arrived. The place was wonderful and we loved the rustic vibe. The room was also very comfortable. We ate dinner in their restaurant and had a wonderful meal! The food and service was very good. The breakfast included was good too. They had a private parking free of charge.
The room was very clean, comfortable bed, and an excellent balcony with a great view. 15 minutes away from Imbarcadero di Tavernola where we got a 1-hour tour by boat and stopped in Como where we had dinner.
The view is stupendous. Do consider coming in the end of April, till end of May, when everything blossoms in Italy. Do spend a night dinning in. The night view is great and the wine is perfect! Trust Gianluca's pick. The walk down from the Guest house is very panoramic and the neighbours are very friendly, so do learn "buon giorno" and great them as you pass by ;) driving up and down a huge attraction! This is something we will never forget.
