Megálon Choríon
Boasting a terrace and views of sea, Milios Studios is situated in Megálon Choríon, 2.1 km from Skafi Beach. With a garden, the 3-star inn has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The rooms are fitted with a balcony with views of the mountain. I was given a super clean studio with a huge balcony overlooking beautiful mountains. The wi-fi connection was fast and reliable and the whole location was quiet. The owner, Yianni (John) was very helpful, he picked me up from the port and dropped me off later on. My studio was 1 minuet walk from the bus stop to Livadia and the beautiful beach of Eristos.
Marina met me at the port and drove me to the apartment. Great views. Close to all the cafes and tavernas.
The location was perfect, easy walking distance to the village square, beach, supermarkets and tavernas. The balcony was perfect for sunshine or shade. Anna serviced the apartment regularly, which was kept clean and tidy. My wife liked the femine touches in the apartment. We plan to return again next year.
Beautiful new apartment, super clean and spacious with a small lovely balcony. There's attention to small details, what made our stay very convenient. Quiet and yet close to the main square with its taverns, bars, supermarkets, and bus stop. Only a few minutes from the beach. The owner is attentive and nice, and as a whole, we highly recommend!
lovely quiet location with short walk one way to a small beach and taverna and the other way 20mins into the main port along a pedestrian walkway next to the beach. Good breakfast. A wonderful spot for a relaxing few days.
We loved our stay at Faros Rooms – a great combination of family-run taverna, good-value rooms and proper Greek hospitality. The rooms are light and airy, spotlessly clean and so close to the sea you could hear it lapping the shore at night (we really appreciated the mosquito netting on the sliding door, which meant we could leave it open at night). Rula and her son Dimos are perfect hosts (we enjoyed our chats with both of them). Highly recommend.

The apartment is a traditional stone house (an old tavern) that has been renovated with good taste. The views from the two balconies to the mountains, the green valley and the sea are fantastic. If you like a traditional old Greek village with its relaxing harmony and peace, this is the place for you. Mrs. Maria was a great hostess and she takes care of us very kindly. Don't forget to lie down in the evening on the sunbed on the balcony and admire the sky with thousands of stars.
The property is a winner. THe hosts are exceptionally kind and hospitable, and even met us at the ferry terminal (even though the property is only about 300 emtres away, it was a kind gesture and much appreciated). The apartment was huge - very spacious, with a lovely outside deck area and ample living space. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances worked. The internet was fast and the view of the surrounding mountains was a constant reminder of the peace and tranquility in this special island.
The location was excellent, a short walk from shops and tavernas and the beach. Great local bus service to take you around Tilos. Nicholas collected us from the port and dropped us back at the end of our stay. He is an excellent and very friendly and helpful host.
Amazing view, perfect for lunches, dinners and even working. Super kind host, she picked us up, gave us homemmade treats and was always there for questions and support. It is in Megalo Horio village wwith a supermarket, tavern and restaurant 2 mins walking. You should just know that getting to the beach would require a scooter or for you to take the bus. Also a really nice climb to the hill for the sunset.
