Ioannina Town Centre, Ioannina
Conveniently situated in the centre of Ioannina, VIRSA BOUTIQUE ROOMS provides air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a terrace. Featuring a bar, the inn is close to several noted attractions, around 600 metres from Castle of Ioannina, 400 metres from Cathedral Church of Agios Athanasios and 800 metres from Silversmithing Museum of Ioannina. Rooms are equipped with a patio. Our Host was super nice. We even were able to Park our Bikes in his Garage. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
Papigko
Breakfast is provided in the rustic dining area with the wood-carved ceilings. Pies with homemade phyllo, local cheeses and meats are served during lunch and dinner. Coffee and light meals are offered at the snack bar. Oct 2023. Staff and owners were hard-working, caring and always on-site. Location is very quiet and has a nice view of the surrounding mountains with a spacious scenic patio for al fresco dining and relaxing. Breakfast was a wholesome start for my hiking activities and the bathtub was an appreciated finish. Dinner cooking was great and reasonably priced. Hotel kindly arranged a reasonable-cost taxi transport from Ioannina to and from the hotel and followed up to make sure I was picked up on schedule (big help!) Perfect hiking base for ascending to Astraka Mountain Hut and descending to Vikos Gorge.
Zagori
The units at the inn come with a flat-screen TV and a safety deposit box. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Guest rooms will provide guests with a fridge. Anthrakitis is a beautiful and hidden village and the guesthouse is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the nature. The host was amazing, super nice and very helpful. The breakfast was also exceptional. Overall, our stay was an incredible experience.
Plaka
Facing the Tzoumerka Mountains, this traditional hotel is just 100 metres from the Arachtos River and 5 km from Palaiochori. It offers a warmly decorated cafe restaurant with fireplace. Rafting, kayak and canoe activities can be arranged on site. A very nice and warm beautiful place . Decorated beauifully. clean, beautiful view from the room , good breakfast .The owners nikos and his wife are very nice , welcoming and helpfull. it was pleasure to get to know then ,speak with them and get to know the area and the life here from their eyes . Nikos has also a rafting company and we enjoyed the rafting withhim alot . Really beautifull kenyon . And beautiful people.
Parga
Located in Parga and with Ammoudia Beach reachable within 300 metres, Mak Luxury Rooms provides express check-in and check-out, rooms, a garden, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. The property is set 5.4 km from Nekromanteion, 5.4 km from Efyra and 9.2 km from Wetland of Kalodiki. The inn features family rooms. Very clean... close to the beach. The staff was excellent... very helpfull.

At the inn, rooms have a balcony with a city view. The rooms at Kostas Christos Rooms have air conditioning and a wardrobe.
Location was good, although it was further from the beach. A quiet place to rest
The town is beautiful. The inn is located very close to everything. Parking is a bit tricky if you have a big car or if your driving skills ain’t sharp. The room was clean and decent size. The breakfast was ok. The innkeeper was nice and charming. We had a good time there
Very large room with a nice balcony to sit outside. Awesomwe breakfst in the neighboring tavern (also highly recommended for dinner).
Locanta was amazing for our family. Peggy, the host, met us on arrival, even though it was late at night. It was easy to check in and out. The house is beautiful, outside there is a private front and back yard. The bedrooms were great and the decor was rustic, very charming. We loved the bathroom the best - a huge bath and great shower. The ouzo and biscuits and bread were a great welcome. The location- couldn't be better - right inside the grounds of the Ioaninna castle.
Quick check in\out, very clean, good breakfast. Dimitris kindly received us, recommend where to go and what to see, was constantly in touch with us throughout our stay. We had a great dinner in hotel's taverna. Big size room with comfortable bed, very quiet. Very good Wi-Fi. Parking place near the hotel entrance. Great location for exploring Zagori.
A large room, the hotel is located not far from the center of the village. The receptionist recommended us a nice local taverna for dinner, and arranged a parking spot on the street right next to the hotel (the hotel’s parking lot was full).
We were greeted by an amazing woman who took care of all our needs and provided information and guidance. We prepared breakfast ourselves from the fresh products that the hostess prepared in the refrigerator, including a cake she baked herself. We did star tours from the place and had dinner in the taverns in the vicinity
We had wonderful stay, the view from the hotel was beautiful. there is a trail from the place to the main square of the village with the local taverns and people. dinner and breakfast were really good and generous. Maria the hotel manager is very lovely and welcoming. highly recommended to south Tzoumerka area!!
A brilliant place to stay in Zagori. Lila and Pablo created a place you just don't want to leave. A beautiful courtyard to sit and enjoy the view,cosy rooms and an amazing breakfast. Don't miss the the village taverna for dinner. We just loved everything here.
