Perfect location! The room was exceptionally tidy and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, especially the host Beka. He was not only a polite host but also became our friend during these three days, sharing philosophical thoughts and treating us to a delicious dinner. The location was simple to navigate to, easy to checkin and checkout at nonstandard times. The room was quiet but lively, with some nice ambience of locals songing outside at the beginning of the evening
The host was very welcoming and was very quick and easy in communication: met us, gave some tips on the neighbourhood, let us leave the luggage and informed when the apartment was ready ahead of the check-in. The apartment itself was superb: very nit and clean, all the facilities were there. Two proper bedrooms and a very nice use of the inner space. I can't point out enough how nice was the stay at the property. Also, very pet friendly as we travelled with a small dog.
I totally recommend this guest house! Great location, superb breakfast, super nice owners! Town view roof terrace Don't forget to buy their local own wine, it's great!
The Host (Ms. Manana) was very friendly and humble. The local food in the breakfast is too delicious and the hospitality is extremely good. There is a garden on the ground floor which is very well arranged with all greenery where we had our dinner which was awesome. The hotel is located in such a place that you can view all of the Tbilisi from the balcony and the upper roof, probably the best view in the entire Tbilisi. Highly recommended.
It was a once in a lifetime experience 🥰 I booked a 7 nights stay for our wedding and we completely enjoyed our stay. Starting from the staffs, Tamara, Mariam,Terie, Ketie (forgot the name of the 3rd receptionist) they are so helpful all the time. Food was amazing (we tried breakfast and booked a wedding dinner as well and its was fantastic) Overall it is indeed one of the best and unique Hotel in Tbilisi 🫶
The facilities provided a complete comfort to a group of families. It had a breathtaking view from the terrace as well as the tools provided for a homemade dinner.
The building is amazing such a nice place to stay in, the Cafe is really good we tried their breakfast and dinner was one of the best in town so yummy, the shower is weird and water going everywhere but such a unique experience, every detail in the room was outstanding, the Concierge were very friendly. PS: to exchange currency there is a place called Riko you leave and go left side passing SPAR(market) 2 minutes and get there better than airport Fee.
This guest house was exceptional in every way. Shota is a generous, cheerful host. The guest house is in Sololaki, an interesting, architectural gem of an inner city neighbourhood that gives easy, close access to Tbilisi. There was plenty of hot water for showers, a very comfortable bed, and extra treats like a welcoming bottle of wine and sweets. Staying here made my 9 night Tbilisi stay perfect. All these aspects made Siemen's such good value for money
