A wonderful hotel where we found the perfect combination of tranquility and proximity to the city center. Conveniently located, with shops and a cozy café serving delicious Georgian food nearby. We were particularly pleased with the hospitable and attentive host. The breakfast here is tasty and filling. We will definitely come back again!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at 7 o clock at Hotel, Muslim offered us Tee and we were allowed to check in at 9 am in the morning though check in Time is 14.

The second floor room is very well decorated and has good noise insulation and a large private balcony. The bed sheets and mattresses are of very good quality. The main problem is the WiFi connection is very weak and often non existent inside the room on the second floor. For a good connection you must sit on the balcony but that is impossible in summer.when the sun shines directly and also in winter when it is too cold. It proved a challenge to me as I work remotely but I solved the problem by getting a local sim card with internet). The second floor room also has good lighting in the room which is not the case on the first floor. The area is residential and is quiet at night. The garden is beautiful and the view from the third floor is superb.

We stayed in this hotel for three days in May. The room was clean and very nicely decorated. The room had everything we needed, clean white towels and bathrobes with slippers. The view from the window was incredible. The owner of the hotel was very kind and offered his help with everything. He was also very quick to respond to our requests. The breakfasts were excellent, prepared by the owner himself. It is very cool that there is an option to have breakfast on the terrace. I recommend this hotel to everyone and will be staying there again myself.

Beautiful, clean and green hotel. Our room was clean and nicely designed, there were slippers and bathrobe, nice view from the balcony. Yummy breakfast and staff is really friendly :)
