The main courses were all large portions and very satisfying. The bar had an excellent selection of scottish gins all well worth trying. Anson went above and beyond for us,he dropped us in town for dinner and came back down to pick us up.. our travels have been wide and varied and we have met some amazing people but Anson and Jenni are the absolute best people.. they are interested in their guests and always have time to chat,,truly wonderful people...We will be recommending this guest house to all our biking friends and family .. thank you so much to both of you
Very quaint little place and we received a lovely warm welcome from host Hugh who kindly gave us some recommendations for dinner. Our room was spotless and very rustic. Excellent free hot drinks machine along the corridor. We had originally booked a twin but Hugh offered us a double as one was available. We left positive feedback in the visitor’s book and it was clear to see that many others shared our experience and appreciation for the effort very obviously put in to the establishment. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
Huge beautifully appointed room and bathroom in historic inn in stunning location. Wonderfully friendly staff and gorgeous food.
The Coylet Inn has a rustic charm and the stunning location on the banks of Loch Eck is a major plus. Our garden facing room was basic but comfortable and we enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels from the window. Food was good.
