Verevi Motel in Elva, built with brick nogged timber walls, offers warmly decorated rooms with free Wi-Fi. Guests are invited to relax in a wooden sauna or have a complimentary breakfast in front of a fireplace. Comfortable place to stay. Quite charming. Was not busy during our stay. Think we were the only ones there one night. Felt safe.
Ilmatsalu
Only 7 km west of Tartu, this small motel in the pretty town of Ilmatsalu is located between a manor park and an artificial lake.
Ilmatsalu Motell offers comfortable and quiet rooms and suites, some of which have a view of the lake. A breakfast buffet is included in the price. Lunch and dinner are available on request.
The highlight of the stay is the view from the window and the surroundings. Waking up to a lake and having breakfast outside with a lake view was truly magical! The hotel location is very close to Tartu, about 10-15 min away. Spacious and free parking lot. The breakfast was very good and served at reasonable hours. The host actually asked us when we wanted the breakfast to be served. The room and bed were comfortable, clean, and spacious. I wish we could stay longer to explore the outside area more. The views are really fascinating and worth your time!
Everything was clean and comfortable. Room was bright. We make dinner at apartment and found everything needed.
Enough space even for more than 5 people family. Big dinning table, really nice 1 King size and 1 Queen size bed and huge sofa that could be used as bed for at least 2-3 persons (kids). Friendly greetings (candies) received from the owner on arrivals, left on the table 👍 Comfy kitchen equipped with all cooking staff 👌 2 toilets 👍
Good size rooms with nice furniture, comfy beds, good solutions of lights. Spa with lot of facilities, different saunas, places to be and relax. Really good and full of suprise dinner at Joyce restaurant. Super easy to go for a shopping because the hotel is situated in same building :)
Extremely good location in center, with private parking lot. Reasonably comfortable rooms. Have recently introduced contact-free check-in and check-out, with phone app for the room key, which is innovative for Estonia and rather comfortable to use. There is still friendly staff available at reception, you can contact in case of need.
Design of rooms was great, communication with staff amazing. Loved the option of going to store through inner entrance. Breakfast options very diverse - something for everyone in the family. Recommend!
What a gem in the centre of Tartu! What I did like the most? The location (almost next to all major attractions in the centre), the cosyness and interieur (furniture and overall look was very well placed), everything in hand (even capsule coffee machine), warm rooms and floors (you can change the temperature in every room), privateness and quietness (small inner yard)... Yes, I DID like it. :)
Nice little village with an interesting castle to visit. Good fish dinners at the local pub.
We went to this SPA with our family for the second time. This is a charming place with children of all ages. Breakfast is for all tastes. Also for a one-year-old child. Dinner is excellent right there in the hotel's Michelin-starred restaurant.
Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Not a fan of buffet breakfasts but the choice was very good and there was something for everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful and the public areas were light, airy and attractive. Appreciated the complimentary robes and slippers in the room and, on request, we were supplied with an iron and ironing board. There was a good hand-held hair dryer, easier to use than one fixed to the wall.
