The location is excellent. So is the staff. The room was clean and spacious. The lounge is a nice gimic but it comes instead a frig and a kettle in the room. So no chance of having a cup of tea in your pijama. Looked at the gym, looks nice. Breakfast was wonderful. The team was very fair and they offered us a reduction because of the innconvenient of the not existing aircondition.

Great breakfast, great choice.Comfortable rooms, everything clean. You can get to the center in 10 minutes, right next to the hotel is Sban. Parking is available in the hotel garage, but we parked on the street for free.
Excellent location close to Alexanderplatz, which is very central and very well connected. Great room, which was quiet, with very comfortable mattresses and having a great perfect temperature. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice and variety. Lunch/dinner was also very nicely prepared and really worth it. All in all, I really liked the H2 Hotel, as it offered great value for money!
Great and innovative idea for a hostel
Breakfast was good with fresh food. Location to airport was great for flights arriving late or leaving early. Airport has some eating places and a grocery store which were close to the hotel. Hotel restaurant had a good menu, but was completely full for dinner. The airport had a train and bus station on site, all next to the hotel.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming! The whole vibe is amazing. A lot of group activities organized from the hostel, eg family dinner, drinking game nights, … - clean rooms
Room had a really nice big bed, it was spacious. My room was located towards Innenhof - very silent.
I liked the region very much and the fact that the room was facing an inner yard so it was really quiet. Also the room had a small coffee machine, which was great. However, as it is a pension with no control on its guests, several nights there were very drunk and noisy guests of the pension in the corridor.
Second time here, and now I loved it even more. Turns out, they have "inner courtyard" rooms, so my complaint about the noisy street from the last time was resolved. Also, the room was cooler in temperature and had an incredibly cozy feel to it. As always, the staff (this Pension is run by a family) is super friendly and helpful, it feels like coming back home. Love the art on the walls and in the rooms.
