It was clean, quiet, cozy, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, modern washroom with lots of hot water. Our room had a lovely view over the Lago Argentino and town of El Calafate. Susana, the host, is wonderful. She's friendly, accommodating and was very helpful with our travel questions. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Free transfers to and from the bus terminal, 900 metres away, are provided. Everything! The rooms are amazing, much better than in the photos. Newly refurbished, very nice and light design… such a pleasant stay! Warm and cozy but new and stylish! Also very clean and very good bathroom products. I don’t think pictures give justice! Good location just few steps from the main road. We really loved our stay after long hikes!

The staff is amazing and help you with the locals tours. The breakfast is great also. I really recommend it! The wifi works really well.

The food was delicious after long days of hiking, and my husband is gluten free and all the food for him was homemade and fresh, which is very rare! The room was cozy, private and the showers were very hot! You can truly disconnect and relax here, and recharge before heading back to the city. We loved all the trails in the park, and had a couple very big days of hiking since you have to back track back to the visitor centre for most of the hikes. Truly magical place and would highly recommend!
