Lovely property. Beautiful guest house space with tons of thoughtful touches. The kind of place where you think “it would be nice if…” only to discover it behind you a moment later! We really enjoyed the hot tub and the fire area as well as the games in the room.

    The Inn is very quaint and well maintained. It was so comfortable. The bed was perfect. Essential oils were fabulous! Perfect Stay!!!!

    Working with Dam and Carmen is amazing! They ensured we had the most wonderful stay!! So accommodating, and the Inn is truly perfection! We had the absolute best time! The rooms are spacious and have everything you need! Literally, they thought of everything and then more! Dinner recommendations were superb! Walking distance into town! The fact that it's so luxurious and dog friendly makes this even more special. The hot tub in the fun courtyard was so relaxing!

    Twin Gables was a fantastic stay! Less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone's home. We were greeted with a warm fire, beverage options, and tour of the inn. In the morning, we even met Buddy the deer, enjoyed a walk on a nearby nature trail, and walking to area businesses.

    We did not have breakfast but complimentary coffee was fine. Setting was perfect. Manager of hotel was delightful, very helpful with suggestions for dinner and hiking, and assisted us with great patience in selecting room for our next visit. Simply put, a very kind and knowledgeable person.

    I had the pleasure of staying at this chic Inn during my wedding weekend. We had a great stay. Each room is unique and beautifully decorated, yet overall vibe of the property is welcoming and unpretentious. Adam, one of the owners, was incredibly helpful both leading up to and during our stay. Because there aren't a ton of hotel options in Woodstock, I had the opportunity to see where other guests were staying for the weekend and I can confidently say that the Herwood Inn is the best in terms of value and location.

    This is a charming inn, secluded, yes close to the main attractions. The owners were exceptionally hospitable and attentive to details to make our stay pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast were delicious and prepared with care.
