The breakfast was good. I liked the idea of making my own waffles. The coffee was good. I did have questions regarding bed bugs because it felt like I was being bit all during the night. I was itching.

We didn’t eat breakfast. When we tried to check in they had no record of our reservation, even when we showed them our confirmation number. The only room they could offer us was one they use for their workmen. They said take it or leave it. There was another person tryin to check in dealing with the same issue. We demanded a refund. Quality Inn is off my list of hotels in the future.

Everything. The inn was beautiful and well-maintained. The room was very clean and had some welcome extra-mile touches. The complimentary breakfast was made to order and the server was excellent. The staff we encountered were all friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay.

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing, especially the cinnamon rolls OMG. My room was perfect. Not a speck of mold in the bathroom and the beds were comfortable. I found my new favorite in Winston.

I loved staying at this Historic (Cotton Mill) Inn with it's brick walls, high ceilings and wood beams. This was the most unique hotel I have had the pleasure of staying in. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. The complimentary wine and cheese before dinner and the home, baked cookies and hot chocolate before bed were an unexpected delight. This hotel clearly goes above and beyond to make their guests feel at home and comfortable. I can't wait to book my next stay at the Brookstown Inn.

Theresa at the front desk could not have been nicer...helping with directions to Trader joe's & telling me about the discount at Village Tavern. I took my Wake Forest granddaughter & three of her friends to dinner there & i was VERY happy for the 10% off.
