I think they should had smart TV we’re we can had access to Nexflix or YouTube is not a lot options on the TV. TV quality poor.

    I always stay at Choice Hotels and am a gold member. This Comfort Inn was very tired, our bathroom floor and entry floor where very dirty, the room smelled so musty when we opened the door it was terrible. Had I not booked ahead and prepaid we would have left the bed needed upgraded. To have paid 200 for this hotel is crazy but location was the key. I wouldn't recommend to others.

    I was pleased that Dennis Campbell was able to make the change in the time that we required. he has a wonderful disposition and demeanor. he noted the things that he is going to have Mr. Johnson the Maintenace person on staff address. while the stay was very short it was a joy to have meet Dennis, and should I need to return I will choose the comfort Inn.

    Nice stopover on my way back home. The room was clean and comfortable. The facility is an older motel but all was good. Friendly staff when arriving. She gave me an excellent suggestion for dinner in town.

    EVERYTHING!The Staff was very courteous & the Breakfast was fantastic! A good value! The young Lady who checked me in was very professional & helpful. Whenever I come through Waynesboro, VA in the future, I'll stay at the Quality Inn on Main St. Thank you for a great Stay❤️

    I love the staff. Especially the hostess at the font desk. She was absolutely fantastic and was very kind to me..Ill never forget my stay here....I alwwways look foward with staying at the Quality Inn!

    The stay overall was great, clean room and bathroom. The price was reasonable especially since we booked so last minute. My girlfriend and I was just looking for a home like stay and the Comfort Inn delivered. We were new to the area and enjoyed our four nights.

    The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was the best of my entire trip. Other Quality Inns as well as OTHER competing hotels should take a lesson from this proprietors in hospitality and in meeting and exceeding expectations when they advertise: "breakfast included"
