    The service was friendly. The staff were very courteous. The breakfast staff greeted us with a friendly smile and attitude. The evening staff tried to find us another room, to no avail. The morning manager was very sympathetic and we appreciated them refunding our second evening; as staying any longer was out of the question. We would not have stayed the first night but due to traffic we arrived at 7:30pm. This location is an insult to Quality Inn's, as we’ve been to many others; this was an inn yes; however zero quality!

    I did not care much for it at all. It was very loud all night long. You could hear everything through the walls. It took forever for the water to warm up for showers. There are no chairs to sit in in the room, other than like a table in a hard chair, I did not find it very comfortable at all. They did have a restaurant and the food was OK. Dinner was good but breakfast wasn’t so impressive.

    Location, Location, Location! A very short walk to the beach! The hotel room was generously sized, clean with comfy sheets and accommodating, friendly staff. Highly recommend the breakfast and dinner at La Cocina Intl, located inside the hotel.

    Everything! Staff excellent including Sue who always helped us out and so pleasant 😊 location perfect across from St Augustine Beach. Excellent restaurants on either side. The farmers market on Wednesday is fantastic across the street. Live entertainment under The pavilion Wednesday night across the street. Very close to downtown St Augustine. Fantastic price and very clean. That's why I keep coming back to the Regency Inn and Suites every time!

    Our room was bad. Two lights didn't work. After we unloaded our suitcases we went to dinner. When we came back our sink area was covered with ants. Our bed was very hard. The room smelled so we sprayed Lysol. Walking on the floor barefoot felt like it needed to be swept. Outside the hotel it smelled like sewage. We left at 1:20 am and headed home.
