I don’t go there for the breakfast but the coffee was good. Staff and owner take pride in their old hotel. In a world of chain hotels, it is nice to see a place like this still able to maintain this homey hotel.

    Super nice owners. Very clean though modest. You have everything you need. There’re still working on the property and have done a nice job so far. This was a perfect place to stay for the marathon. Centrally located with an attached restaurant serving dinner and breakfast.

    I liked the hotel because it was great value for the price and the owner was helpful in making a suggestion for dinner. I would definitely stay there again if I spend a night in Millinocket. The grocery store and some restaurants are all nearby and it is a short drive to Baxter State Park.

    Up to Maine hunting with my son . Pamola motor lodge was a precious jewel set in an emerald sea of the most beautiful forest crowned by majestic Mt Katahdin . @ $100 per night it was an unheard of value in todays world . working thermostat heat, lots of hot water in shower , clean , tv , mircro wave , refrigerator. good beds . No restaurant but plenty of surrounding fast foods and small dinners downtown . Adjacent bar with , pool tables video games .

    I came to the Baxter Park Inn to climb Katahdin and explore Baxter State Park. The Inn is perfectly situated as a gateway, and the facility, although old, is comfortable, quiet, and very enjoyable.

    I've stayed here several times over the past few years and my room has always been comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The continental breakfast is fairly good and the staff are attentive and helpful. Katahdin Inn is a good value in a great location on my excursions to Baxter State Park and Katahdin Woods and Waters.
