    This was a fun and unique experience. The houseboat was well supplied with necessities like cook and dinner ware. The beds are comfy and the location is perfect in quiet Marathon only about an hour from Key West making it very easy for day trips. Access to the Cabana Club is a definite plus, especially with kids. Also we saw lots of wildlife including MANATEES, tarpon, various birds, and a SHARK - all while enjoying breakfast outside. We will be back!

    The food including dinner the night we arrived was excellent as well as the staff! Everyone was very friendly and attentive. The pools and the hot tub were convenient and well-tended. The View from our room was most excellent!

    Upon checking in, front desk staff were very attentive ( thank you Alyssa). Rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. Enjoyed the ocean views. Also nice to have a restaurant on the grounds for breakfast/dinner options

    Great little beach, pool area, bikes are free to take out until sunset. Havana Jacks right next door is a wonderful spot for dinner. Overall fantastic experience for a few days in the Keys.

    Location, amenities, staff, houseboats.... it was all truly wonderful. The sunset beach area was a winner for the whole group. We rented three houseboats for a week and it was truly blissful. Loved the grill area too for cooking. What an awesome place. Thank you so much. Adults, college kids, teens and tens...every age group loved it here.

    We were upgraded to a room overlooking the pool and sea beyond. The room was quiet and very clean, with a coffee machine, fridge and microwave. We had dinner at Sparky’s nearby which had generous servings and nice music. We collected breakfast but chose to eat in our room. The beds were superb. I had my best nights sleep in the 2 weeks we’ve been in the US.

    The receptionists were both very friendly. They were happy to give tips where to go (breakfast, dinner, beaches aso). I also liked the pool.

    Breakfast at the Skip Jack was very good and included in the price. We also went to the restaurant for dinner one night and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was unassuming and quiet, but the food was fantastic. We shared an appetizer and then the meat platter which was delicious. We also enjoyed the poolside bar most afternoons and karaoke one evening.
