When you first pull up at the hotel, the surrounding buildings don't look fantastic, but wait till you get inside this place! The rooms are clean and comfortable (best bed I've slept in in a long time); the staff are all fantastic. Denish (owner), Jonathan (manager), Raj (manager) and Vegas (jack-of-all-sorts) looked after me brilliantly. I was offered tea/coffee every time I waited for my Lyft/Uber in the reception area, and we shared quite a few stories about our lives. It's close to the Long Beach Convention Centre, and there is a little store about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. I can highly recommend this lovely place, and I will stay here again. I can see where the high rating comes from.
