The staff. Joyce went out of her way to make sure we were safe and comfortable. The room we reserved was on the second floor and there were no elevators for a somewhat disabled person like my husband. She found us the perfect room on the first floor, and then helped us find a nice place for dinner. The bed was good and the room efficient.

Kitchen had coffee maker, pot, pan, baking sheet, cutting board, all utensils, and kid utensils. It was nice to be able to prepare homemade dinner and healthy snacks. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, towels. Wasn't sure what to expect, but it was pleasant Nice to have a private lounging area. Felt like a home away from home. Right across the street from the public library with a good Children's section. very close to an art gallery

My room was beautifully and comfortably designed. Extremely comfortable mattress and I think the sexiest 2-person shower I’ve seen in a long time. Loved the vibe of the lobby bar where I had dinner and cocktails. Also liked the car valet setup. Able to request and tip the valet through the app. Don’t need cash

The bar staff was fantastic! My husband and I came to the Manchester just for an overnight getaway. We usually like to go out for dinner and then come back to the hotel bar to relax. So the hotel bar and staff can really make or break our trip. We were hoping to see the rooftop bar but it was closed while we were there but the very personable & knowledgeable bartender made the lobby bar worth it. We're hoping to come back soon to check it out as well as the restaurant.
