    This is a charming hostel/inn with a unique vibe. You kind of feel like you are staying with family. This was my second time staying at Inn the Clouds and I can hardly imagine visiting Leadville without spending a few nights here.

    Don’t do it. Avoid the columbine inn at all costs. The “queen” beds are not queens they’re all doubles. The clerk was so irritated that we checked in and even more irritated when I asked about the Wi-Fi. Things in the room were broken, the tv was like it came from 1981 with all that white and black fuzz. I could go on but really, just save yourself the headache and find a different place.

    We LOVED the kitchen at Inn in the Clouds. So organized, so clean, so sunny. Just delightful. The private bedroom had a comfortable bed (tempurpedic I think). It was a little cool but when we asked, a space heater warmed it up lickety split. The dining room and living room give two nice spaces for people to mingle and swap tall tales of tall mountains. We would have stayed longer but it's a popular place and books out!

    Close to walk into Leadville for dinner and to mountains for hiking. Enough space for us to feel comfortable. Good WiFi and large TV.

    Location in downtown makes Tiny House Leadville a winner. Also, very clean w/fun vibe. Friendly neighbors, everyone minding their own business and enjoying the views and weather in the outdoor spaces.

    The Zinnia is a charming Victorian house that has been nicely modernized, comfortable and well appointed while retaining its historical aspects. The location is perfect - near the businesses, restaurants and interesting places to visit in Leadville, but distant enough from the main street to be a quiet place to stay. Leadville is in a beautiful setting with magnificent mountain vistas and lush valleys, and was a welcome get-away from the high temperatures of summer at home!

    Afternoon staff was very helpful. It was close to the ski hill. Quincy's was a good place for dinner at a reasonable price.

    Breakfast had waffles, cereal, yogurt, little cinnamon rolls, coffee, juice. Waffles were good, but only one waffle iron, so usually there was a wait.
