The location was great for walking to beach and dinners and Marina. We loved our 7th floor room balcony facing the bay. We enjoyed sunrises there as well as seeing dolphins from the balcony. The staff in all areas of the hotel were wonderful. From the desk, valet, housekeeping, breakfast staff, maintenance workers, all were excellent .

The location is excellent. Staff were very friendly. The pool side was great! Having rest rooms available in many locations quickly accessible from the exterior of the building was great! The wristband for access was great. Responsive staff for special requests worked well. Elevators worked and ran quick. Tikibar staff were great. SeaGuini restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. Consistency each day.

The front desk staff were amazing! They were incredibly helpful and very funny. The junior suite had a little kitchenette and table that made lunches and dinner there easy to make. The kitchenette had dishware and silverware as well as dish soap for us. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The pool was heated and the kids really enjoyed it! The little ice cream shop on the property was great as well.

The view and location were great, the staff was so friendly and attentive.. the restaurant was over priced and to be honest not worth the money, plus they billed me for the dinner when my dad actually paid for it by credit card.

Amazing location! The material says “not on the beach”, but my sisters and I felt that it was right in the beach. It’s in a corner of a street that dead-ends to the beach. You can see the beach from the curb. Walk past about 6 or 7 modest lovely houses and boom… beach! Across the street is a 24-hour 7-11 and the Friendly Tavern. Walking distance to great restaurants.

Location was central, free parking in the lot. It was adorable and comfortable. I loved the pink dock right outside my back door! The kitchen came in handy for microwaving my dinner! Wish I could have stayed there longer!
