The location was right in the center of activities. I was easily able to walk to beach, restaurants, live music, shopping, and fireworks. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the outdoor shower. A unexpected perk was having a grocery store fully stocked with food and wine right next door. I even found a book store within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. I also found a service to set up a chair and umbrella for me on the beach at a very reasonable fee.

My wife stayed at the Hampton inn with her sister for a weekend getaway. She said the hotel was really nice and the staff was nice but her last night in the hotel she said they got no sleep do to someone smoking Pot on there floor that stunk up the whole floor and they had to use there travel fans to try pushing the smell out of there room.

Our room was comfortable, although small. I loved the backyard area, and my pups enjoyed playing back there. I really appreciate that the inn is pet friendly! Location was excellent!

Pretty much everything, former Microtel Inn renovated with a wonderful classic Carolina Beach motif, lots of history throughout the hotel with old picture postcard artwork. One of the few hotels on Carolina Beach to have a free breakfast. Very clean, very friendly staff. Rest assured previous bad reviews were probably before renovation, the hotel is in perfect shape, brand new, no construction noise, seems like construction is complete, this is literally a brand new hotel. Pool is very nice.

The Inn was very close to everything. Once we parked our car we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The fact that it was Pet Friendly was super. We bought with us our 2 cats and our queen porch room had plenty of space for 2 disposable litter pans and their food. Rhonda who checked us in was absolutely wonderful and asked about our kitties every day. The free coffee was a great way to wake up in the morning. Loved the porch room, it allowed us to enter our room from the porch or inside.

The location on the beach was wonderful! The efficiency style was great so we could make breakfast & lunch, then just go out for dinner. And the balcony facing the beach was perfect for catching the beautiful sunrises.

The Savannah Inn sits so close to the beach. Even though the Inn had NO vacancy it never seemed as crowed on the beach or in the pool like a lot of the other hotels/Inns in the area. Everyone was very nice and the room was large enough for 4 grown people. 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Other than the few things here or there we had a great time!!
