All staff, including the Manager, Eda at the reception and Esra in the kitchen, were always available and has a very friendly manner. The dinner was delicious and the complementary teas, cookies in the room were a nice gesture. Ideal location: in a newly renovated historical building, right at the edge of the old town but in a quiet surrounding! We stayed in a room decorated in traditional, wood style - lovely and well-equipped. Strongly recommended.
Umit, Nusret, Çagkan, Eda, Senay and Esra were fantastic! They were extremely helpful and helped us with transportation, clean rooms and lovely dinner! We definitely will revisit next time

I arrived in Kayseri at about 10 p.m but the staff was really welcoming and we had the possibility to have a very good dinner!

For a £30 hotel you get amazing comfort, great rooms, wonderful staff, and a central location about 10 minutes from the airport.

If you're looking for an equivalent it's a Premier Inn or a Travelodge.
Less than 10min away from the airport, with a taxi service available 24/7. We could leave at 2:30am for an early flight without any problems, someone was at the reception to call the taxi (which was right in the parking lot). We could eat breakfast, lunch and dinner there, with a pretty decent choice on the menu, and the food was quite inexpensive. There is also room service, and good Wi-Fi.

The booked room was not available, we finally received an upgrade to a suite. It was big and clean. There were some parking problems, being an event in the hotel. The location is very good, you can easily reach the city center. Dinner at the hotel was ok.
