    The hotel was perfect for us. We were picked up from the airport, were able to check-in quickly and took the train to the city for the afternoon. The next morning, we were taken to the airport without any problems. The rooms is spacious, the beds very comfortable, and there are some free drinks and snacks included, which was great for an early start to the day. The staff was also extremely friendly. There are a few options to buy groceries or have dinner just a few minutes away. Happy to come back.

    This was just meant to be a reasonably priced overnight stopover in Bangkok …OMG, beautiful Hotel with comfortable beds, superb pool, there even was a steam bath . For dinner in the in-house restaurant we had some of the most delicious Thai food we ever tasted

    As always.... 1) Proximity to the terminal. 2) You go to Novotel desk at Gate 4 Level 2, seconds later you are in the shuttle bus. 3) Room had biggest bed ever. Wish we had one at home. 4) Dinner at Japanese Restaurant is always a highlight when we stay at the Novotel 5) All this for a very reasonable price.

    Our stay at this hotel for our Bangkok layover was excellent. It's conveniently close to the airport, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The room was spotlessly clean, and both breakfast and dinner were satisfying. The shuttle service to the airport was seamless and made our departure hassle-free. Overall, a fantastic choice for a layover stay. Highly recommended!
