Surprisingly good. Ticked all of the boxes. Very clean room, larger than expected, nice bed, nice balcony, a bunch of stuff like wifi, cable TV, and refrigerator that I didn't use. Room smelled fresh. Great natural light. The price was great given the location and peak season. On a quiet street, a couple of minutes walk from Lamai Beach and commercial centre. The manager was pleasant, direct, and straight forward. Passport, money, keys, done. Doesn't look like much from outside, and it's by no means a high end offering, but they've nailed the basics. Wish I could've stayed for longer but they were booked out.

Staff are more amazing than any other place. Very friendly and helpful. Will make calls for you to organize snorkelling tours, etc. Taxi drivers know this place by name. Super comfortable.

    Nice location, perfect view, water pool, kitchen, good price including breakfast. The personnel are also so friendly, good kitchen and bar. Almost no people here in the beginning of May. I feel like a private pool. Also stuff brings more drinking water in room if hot weather.

    Lamai Inn was a clean, family-friendly, and spacious place to stay! They were very organized and accommodating.     We upgraded to the beachfront villa with plunge pool on arrival and I am so glad we did. It was absolutely stunning setting and the room itself was also beautiful. The amenities and extra touches in the room are what you would expect from a 5* hotel. Breakfast and all meals were truly delicious. Service was exceptional from beginning to end. It was my partners birthday and they had a couple of extra surprises for him which was lovely.

    We were treated like family from the moment we arrived! Norbert and SAO were particularly amazing! The dinners that were included were super tastey and great value for money! The club room, all day drinks and snacks was a huge bonus! Finally the classes they included each day were lovely to do, yoga by the sea? Yes please!

    We loved our beachfront bungalow. It was just steps from the white sandy beach. Very relaxed here and good view from the restaurant. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the restaurant. We were slightly disappointed with breakfast however I think there may have been a miscommunication about what we wanted. Overall very happy here. Everyone was very friendly. I would definitely come back again.

    Great manager, my room wasn’t ready when I tried to check in due to issues with the air conditioner so she gave me two dinner vouchers for the restaurant which I thought was nice of her.

    We had a great experience in the Outrigger Samui. The staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived. We stayed in the Club Lamai suite and we could not have been more comfortable. There is a very good on site gym and games room which is nice for table tennis and pool. The lunch and dinner restaraunt was excellent and the breakfast had a great selection. Our room had all the facilities we needed. Very good location close to Lamai beach.

    The staff was extremely nice and warm to all guests. The resort is huge, you can get lost in it. There are three pools and a lot of activities offered including spa, massages. The breakfast is huge and a vast selection. Good menus for lunch and dinner with affordable prices. The resort is literally a paradise where you can relax. We also booked a romantic dinner at the beach during the sunset, that was just amazing. You could choose both Thai or western menu, we decided to try the Thai menu. It was delicious.

    What a view!! So beautiful and peaceful. The location is great. Away from the tourist crowds yet not so far away on a short motorbike ride for anything you need. The swimming pool was clean and beautiful. The innkeeper (Kai) went above and beyond to help us with planning and was there for anything you needed. I can't say enough good things about the staff and hotel. We will be back.
