Location was directly opposite Kata beach, lots of restaurants, massage parlours and shops around. Food was also really great at the restaurant, this really surprised me but we got the whole sea bass with chilli and lime and it was the best fish I’ve ever had in my life (and I’ve been very fortunate to eat all around the world). Staff were friendly and accommodating. The value for money was fantastic. It isn’t super fancy but it doesn’t claim to be, it was clean, we got complimentary water and the pictures were the same.

Lovely spacious rooms with great light . Big fridge and tv , the cleaners were meticulous and daily left the rooms spotless, and refilled our tea bags coffee and water . In fact all the staff were really great and made the stay that much better.
