Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Amazing Hotel , Very Fast Check in process (~3 minutes ) , rooms are clean , Receptionists are truly friendly and welcoming .
Location is not far but also not close , you'd need around 3 mins of walking to reach the beginning of the yard of al masjid al nabawy
The staff is very friendly and readily available to make your stay even better. Despite having little turbulence at the beginning, the staff were amazing in listening to our needs and solving the problems.
The breakfast buffet variable and nice with room of improvement indeed. Adel and Emad were specially welcoming, serving and helpful.
generally, the hotel was very good except for behavioral issues a head of travelling to Medinah where someone called us to say do not arrive before 16:00 although our arrival was a late one anyway. we think this is inappropriate from such a top hotel and i am writing that hoping the hotel will look into such "policy"
i booked the room with dinner which was OK however looking at the value of money the dinner was not top.
We were upgraded actually to bosphorus waqf safi.
The rooms we were given were amazing .
Yasser at reception really provided excellent service.
Mr Tariq Hussein was excellent in accommodating us for dinner.
The house keeping service were so efficient and didn't miss a thing. They were excellent in timely cleaning of room. To be honest the hotel was spotless. I couldn't find a single mark anywhere.
