Very well organised. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and respectful. Dinner is superb and the addition of unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks is a bonus!
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was great we could have an early check-in after a long travel by train. The breakfast and dinner were good, with varied food. It was a great surprise to have a party organized for 1st May with barbecue, awesome food and beer on the house. We had biliards where kids could play. It was very close to the center and Apollo pool.
The room was nice and clean, they had enough parking spots right at the hotel so parking was not a problem. The bed was big and comfy. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, which was ok depending on what you got. Great pools with thermal water, both outdoor and indoor + sauna. They have a lot of extra paid treatments and massages which are nice.
Great hospitality and very friendly staff. The thermal water and the spa were perfect for relaxing and wellness. Live music almost every evening at dinner. Zumba and other fun activities at the thermal pools.
Great resort to spend with your family.
I highly recommend it.Edna was great ,she took care of anything we needed.I will definitely comeback and stay again.The pool was a big plus here,lovely prepared breakfast.
Everything was great ,specially for the price we paid.
Nice to hear they will also serve lunch and dinner soon and a inside pool is always on the way.
