The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It was great we could have an early check-in after a long travel by train. The breakfast and dinner were good, with varied food. It was a great surprise to have a party organized for 1st May with barbecue, awesome food and beer on the house. We had biliards where kids could play. It was very close to the center and Apollo pool.
The room was nice and clean, they had enough parking spots right at the hotel so parking was not a problem. The bed was big and comfy. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel, which was ok depending on what you got. Great pools with thermal water, both outdoor and indoor + sauna. They have a lot of extra paid treatments and massages which are nice.
Great hospitality and very friendly staff. The thermal water and the spa were perfect for relaxing and wellness. Live music almost every evening at dinner. Zumba and other fun activities at the thermal pools.

I highly recommend it.Edna was great ,she took care of anything we needed.I will definitely comeback and stay again.The pool was a big plus here,lovely prepared breakfast.

The hotel is clean, breakfast very good, coffee is excellent, few hotels has good coffee machine! Dinner is not diversified but the food is delicious. I will come back with first ocasion..

The owners were very nice and friendly . Every time I needed help they where very helpful . Our room was very clean and modern !
Nice looking and clean hotel, clean and big pool and was actually very peaceful and quiet so enjoyed lounging around during the day and also has a bar right next to pool. Exceptional staff- especially the receptionists. We travelled from a long distance and got there at 9am the day of our booking and they let us have one of the rooms that morning. Very impressed! Breakfast and dinner very good variation and all fresh. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay.
