it is just very cheap, but still clean and very spacious. I was alone in a bedroom suitable for 4 persons. the bathroom was spacious and clean too. the beds were ok, not special. for the location: well, it is behind a gas station, easy to find, easy to park. the gas station people are the "reception". the gas station is also like a "small" supermarket. and there is also a pizza restaurant. convenience all over.
