    Nice view out over the water. Quiet at night. Nice walks and a lovely river to swim in nearby. Nice, considerate hosts. Close to Portobelo. Dinner and breakfast cooked to order.

    I booked 2 nights at the beginning ended up taking 2 extra nights, the girls Su and Alexa are amazing they make you feel like home! The hostel has a very nice common area with hamacs to relax!

    Friendly family place. Gorgeous location. Rustic cabin with everything you need. If you are looking for luxury this is not your place. If your are looking for comfortable accommodations in a beautiful setting look no further .

    The room is simple but has hot water, and ocean view, location is the best, we took our kayak and could paddle in and out, we even went out for dinner kayaking (restaurant in a neighbor hotel).

    We loved Portobelo mostly due to our stay at Casa Congo and the amazing bay views. Hotel staff was superb and provided us with the best experience (meals, tours, etc). The restaurant has amazing views to the Portobelo bay. We've always had dinner in the hotel restaurant. After the restaurant closes (8-9pm) guests can use the area to relax. Hotel staff organized our tours very professionally and at a fair price. We will be back!
