The property is amazing, so beautiful and peaceful. The room was very nice and clean. My only issue was they did not have a/c turned on. It was very warm and made it uncomfortable to sleep. There is a fan in room but didn’t do much. When asked about a/c was told it was off due to storm. Everything else was wonderful though. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was good as well.

The breakfast was excellent as was the dinner. The site was beautiful and rustic as we had expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cooking class was spendy, but a lot of fun. I would come back again if I could.

Beautiful place. You should stay for dinner at least one evening, the food is great and the members of the staff do everything they can to make you have an amazing evening. The staff is lovely. The breakfast is incredible so is also the view.

A very well organised and structured business model. They offer a load of activities and meals for lunch and dinner which keep you onsite spending money with them which is very clever! The chef deserves a special mention for delivering delicious food everyday for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was varied & extremely tasty. The aperitivo hour is very special watching the sunset over the rolling hills of Tuscany. Staff were wonderful. Good location near Pienza to be used as a base to explore Tuscany.

Steffano was a great host, he explained to us all the history of the Monastery and he is very kind. We also had a chance to enjoy a special dinner in one of the nights and it was one of the best food I've ever tasted. The place is amazing, beautiful landscapes and really quiet, exactly what we were looking for.

Monastero was a beautiful place to stay. The facilities were well maintained. Everyone who worked there was pleasant, caring and wanted you to fully enjoy your visit. Overall, a wonderful place to stay and great way to start a Tuscany vacation. Especially enjoyed the private dinner (only available to the guests on selected days). The four-course meal was one of the best I had in Italy. You should definitely include this as part of your stay. The location is convenient for visiting the major Tuscany villages.

The staff was excellent and friendly, accommodating last minute requests. The dinner was the best meal of the trip. Pici, a local pasta with pecorino cheese and shaved truffles, and the BEST sautéed spinach of my entire life! (I enjoy a lot of spinach at home and while traveling!) Also, the view from the dining tables was spectacular!

food good, but a bit expensive especially dinner but if could include the accommodation package should be grate. Or should have options of dinner menu as Alacarte due to the set dinner meal is heavy for many people today.
