Karl and family have a beautiful property. The location is perfect to explore the area and the half board is great value. We would recommend trying his cooking. We loved the meal. Someone was always available to assist whenever we had questions.

Sit outside in the courtyard with the chickens rummaging around and Aki the dog politely looking for scraps. Honestly, it felt more like visiting cherished friends than staying at a hotel.

    Beautiful views. Very friendly stuff. Very tasty dinner. Breakfast rather limited (served on the table, not a buffet), but still tasty. Great location for a hike. A good shower with some massaging options.

    My wife and myself stayed in this house for two nights. The location is excellent, easily accessible, exceptional view. The room is newly innovated, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is well prepared, always plenty of food. After all, we liked the hospitality of the owner.

    Very nice family owned place. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in their restaurant and the staff was very nice, attentative and helpful. I would definitely go there again.

    The breakfast was wonderful with a large assortment of foods and drinks. The restaurant dinners were great and for a great price. And the Wellness center was very clean and offered many amenities. To top everything off most of the staff spoke Italian, German, and English and were very polite, friendly and willing to help with any questions asked.

    The location of the hotel was great, offering a beautiful view of the mountains and valley from our room. It was also easy to either take the bus or drive to the cable car up to the Compacha (1 mile away). Was also convenient to drive to other nearby towns for sight seeing or hiking the mountains The hotel itself was wonderful… very nice and clean inside and out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent for breakfast and dinner.

    Lovely hotel in an excellent location both close to the road and amazing views The landlord is very nice - you can communicate with him in Italian and German We stayed at the hotel for half board (breakfast + dinner) Delicious dinner not gourmet dinner but definitely good cooking.

    Very authentic and traditional accommodation located in a very nice area of the Dolomites. We choosed to stay here because of the proximity to Seiser Alm and Val di Funes; we only stayed for 1 night but everything was very nice. The room was spacious with a very nice balcony. The owner and the staff are very kind and friendly. We ate dinner and breakfast and the food was really good. There is also space for parking your car, we arrived there by car so it was perfect. I would definitely recommed this accommodation!
